Or be forced to look at Comic Sans

Connor

My favorite part about this comic is that could just be any regular person. No superpowers necessary.

So hey I found out how to get rid of that ad above the comic without paying (don't tell anyone)! But yeah, would it be cool with you guys if I tacked on another banner ad directly beneath the current on? This one is doing pretty well and I'd like to put up another one, and I figure if I put one up now after I got rid of the other one it's not like you guys are down an ad or anything.

PS: Thanks to Matt Haley for the idea. I specify the last name because I know many a Matt.

If they do find out your weakness, just build up a tolerance to it by the time your enemies use it on you.

Wow. You're really good at alliterations.
Ya know what's bad? I have friends who would do this.

amiko_16, June 30th, 2009, 2:38 am

Nah, I don't see the problem with putting up another banner.
Congrats on the Spotlight, btw

Ennokni, June 30th, 2009, 2:23 pm

Holy holy crap! I got that Spotlight thing? Damn. I feel I need to thank them but I have no idea how!

amiko_16, July 1st, 2009, 2:59 am

I think you can check under the Spotlight board in the forums to find out who put your comic up for it.

I don't think anyone put me up for it, the admins probably just noticed all the traffic I've been generating. (Not to brag, but it's A LOT. You can see for if you click those blue words under the ad.)

srry I'm too dang lazy to make an account, but i think one more ad wouldn't kill anyone, internet surfers are so numb to ads it's like they aren't there. i have this one in my binder 4 college haha

The pie charts for your referrers are hilariously unbalanced.
...
(I am amused by very simple things... also your comics.)

Yes, Nobody.
Stumble Upon is the king of traffic delivery :P

Jackie (Guest), July 3rd, 2009, 10:51 am

again again, I guess you don't really want women to be able to relate to your ideas at all... wow, you're small-minded

Ennokni, July 3rd, 2009, 1:33 pm

Yeah I'm sorry. I'm a guy, it's hard to think objectively between genders. Also, that guy there is male, so I thought it kinda made sense that way, that the models would be female and whatnot. I'm sorry I'm being so unintentionally misogynistic in these comics, apparently.

Out of curiosity, if you were to reverse all the genders in this comic, so that the person is female and the models are male, does that make it better? Or is it still offensive?

Oh yeah, as far as not wanting women to relate to my ideas, I assure you that's not at all my intention. It's just, these comics are my ideas, and I submit them to you, the audience, and that's more or less where my role ends. I feel bad that you're so alienated from these, I really do, but you know, I'm trying my best to produce comedy and if I mess up every now and then, well, I just have to take that in stride. Seriously though, I really hope you can forgive me having only messed up like, twice out of 80 times.

Ecchin, July 4th, 2009, 4:28 am

Pffft. So just make him a gengerless bisexual character, and you're done. Everyone's happy xD (or not)

Janis (Guest), July 5th, 2009, 5:31 pm

@Jackie Wow, that was a rude thing to say. This thing made me giggle. Read the previous comic-- don't tell me that's misogynistic in anyway. :)

Tortus (Guest), September 19th, 2009, 3:42 am

I think Jackie is being silly, a) stop reading these comics if you are offended, b) get over yourself, c) I think of it as dissing men, "oh men are so simple-minded, all they think about is women and money lolololol etc".

OrangeJuz, December 28th, 2010, 11:07 pm

Later:
Ah i am defeated!! Lets go to my new mansion ladies :)
------
Thats what my friend said. For me i will say bags of money and a key to the biggest mansion in the world. . . . maybe its because i am a girl :D

Ennokni, December 28th, 2010, 11:20 pm

If you want, they can be male supermodels.
