So who decides what constitutes 'greener' anyway? does greener mean more vibrant? more even distribution of color? brighter like the comic today? What does it all mean?

Green I'm pretty sure that green is constituting a light frequency. Therefore greener grass would be closer to the ideal light frequency

I think it's greener if it is within the green range and is more saturated.
